RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Purchases made from online store of www.babyorgano.com cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via email or phone.

Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 30 days of placing the orders. Any queries beyond 30 days from order confirmation will not be entertained.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellations can only be processed if requested within 24 hours of placing the order and before the item has been dispatched. For prepaid orders already dispatched, a gift voucher valid for 3 months will be provided instead of a cash/bank refund. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

MERCHANDISE STORE – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Natureovedic Consumers Private Limited’s (NCPL’s) Merchandise Returns and Exchange policy allows returns or exchanges within 7 days from delivery.

  • Products must remain unused, with tags and packaging intact.
  • If a Seal Tag is received, it must remain attached and intact.
  • Returns must be sent to our warehouse at your expense with prior email notification to care@babyorgano.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days from delivery.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized/custom-made products and clearance items may not be eligible.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact care@babyorgano.com with order number, reason, and photo of product (if defective/damaged).
  • Package the merchandise securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
  • Quality check will be performed before refund or exchange.

3. Inspection and Approval

  • Returned merchandise is inspected to ensure eligibility.
  • Approved returns are processed within 48 hours.
  • Non-compliant items will be shipped back.

4. Return and Exchange

  • No cash refunds; approved returns receive gift vouchers valid for 3 months.
  • Exchanges delivered after original item is returned.

5. Return and Exchange Fees

No fees are levied; return shipping is customer responsibility.
